Podes desenhar com todo o corpo, correr, pular, rir, desenhar sem olhar, desenhar com o corpo do outro, desenhar com a voz, desenhando no ar, podes desenhar concentrado, ou podes-te perder no espaço, podes deixar a tua marca, podes desenhar apenas num traço ou em vários movimentos, podes traçar caminhos como cílios longos ou gestos com muitos metros de largura.
SINAIS Mossi é um lugar e um tempo para explorar o movimento que está na origem do sinal e do design gráfico que - no sentido do propósito, o projeto que você tem em mente - é a origem da dança.
As condições externas, já desde a primeira infância, levam-nos a retirar o projeto da alegria do gesto, e a entregá-lo à representação de mais banal. Da mesma forma, ainda hoje, continuam a expropriar os filhos do movimento para em seguida, lhe conceder um exercício puro ou a ventilação simples de algo improdutivo.
O seminário será uma oportunidade para renovar o diálogo entre as duas línguas e compreender os efeitos. Um caminho para "limpar" e redescobrir juntos.
Positioned at the heart of the renewal of circus arts, Cirque Éloize has been creating moving performances filled with magic since 1993. Continually striving for artistic perfection, it is one of the leaders in contemporary circus arts. Based on the multidisciplinary talents of its artists, Cirque Éloize expresses its innovative nature through theatricality and humanity, and combines circus arts with music, dance and theatre in a path-breaking and original manner. With ten original productions to its credit, Cirque Éloize has presented almost 4,000 performances in over 440 cities and 40 countries. Cirque Éloize has taken part in numerous prestigious international festivals and recently seduces Broadway with its show Rain which has been touring that major network of theaters since Fall 2007.
In addition to its tour performances, Cirque Éloize develops custom made concepts for international special events. To date, more than 1300 events have taken place. Moreover, in
2003, Cirque Éloize organized the first festival of circus arts in North America - "La Semaine
des Arts du cirque" - in the Magdalen Islands. The company also founded the Fondation Éloize, which has a mission to help underprivileged youth through an introduction to circus arts and help develop the performing arts. The troupe "Artcirq", made up of young Inuit living in Canada's far north (Nunavut), is the first organization to benefit from this support.
Since 2004, Cirque Éloize's head office and creative studio are located in the Gare Dalhousie, a historic building in the heart of Old-Montreal, departure station of the first train going from Montreal to Vancouver in 1889. In order to maintain this site as a place for dialogue and encounters for the circus community, Cirque Éloize invites up-and-coming artists to visit. Today, the company includes more than 100 individuals working in various teams and projects.
Jamie Adkins began his career at the age of 13 in San Diego, California where he delighted passers-by as a street performer. Later, in San Francisco, he joined the Pickle Family Circus. Then this eclectic clown, juggler, balancing artist and one-hundred percent poet joined Montréal's Cirque Éloize. With his numerous talents and years of experience, this multidisciplinary acrobat was soon an integral member of the Cirque Éloize family of artists, making an invaluable contribution of the show Excentricus. In over 500 of this production, Jamie distinguished himself with his unique style that faithfully and humorously conveyed the essence of the ordinary man.
Jamie again teamed up with Cirque Éloize to produce Typo, a show of his own creation, which toured the world giving more than 200 performances over 2 years. He won the admiration of critics and adoration of the circus-going public.
Jamie Adkins continues to forge ahead on his career path, always seeking new ways to develop his artistry. For this reason, he is delighted to present his newest creation Circus Incognitus. More than ever before, Jamie shows his audiences, in his own unique way, the full range of his talents. He has taken his performance far beyond the bounds of a single role and created an artistic event that springs from his own inner world

In Circus Incognitus, virtuoso clown Jamie Adkins is the vulnerable everyman, who has just written a terrific show. He wanders onto stage with the new show in a box, delighted to find the audience ready waiting. Knowing he has just the thing, Jamie struggles to build the scene around him using everyday objects. Things go awry as his props prove most unhelpful: his ladder disintegrates under foot! He wrangles an animated chair, tussles with a pesky hat, negotiates a precarious slack wire and juggles almost everything. Theatre goers even get involved in the endeavour by tossing lemons for Jamie to catch on a fork...held between his teeth! An expert at comedy born of desperation , Jamie's performance is humble and unguarded. Adkins deftly escorts the audience along his poetic journey with sidesplitting wit.

Esta não foi a primeira entrega ao fascínio de sentir outras coisas - tantas vezes inexplicáveis - e à explosão dentro do nosso corpo que uma obra de arte ou um artista nos pode provocar, mas foi, à época, uma das mais intensas. A exaltação é tal que o nosso corpo hesita entre reagir com lágrimas, risos, suores, arrepios. Que privilégio.
O filme é todo ele uma teia de dissolução da vida como a vemos todos os dias, um olhar novo, com um final que nos provoca facilmente o êxtase, como poucas coisas nos podem provocar. Ardi durante muito tempo, um daqueles fogos antigos, consumido pela beleza do acto. Sonhei e desejei profundamente poder assistir ao vivo a esta actuação, o que virtualmente é impossível.

Un essaim multicolore de sportifs et danseurs amateur, formés en une semaine par le chorégraphe autrichien, envahit la ville. Ils arpentent les rues, bâtissent des constructions humaines et urbaines, fusionnent avec l’environnement citadin pour que corps et ville ne fassent plus qu’un. Un parcours chorégraphique et architectural tout spécialement imaginé pour Poitiers qui invite le public à suivre la course folle de ces 20 performers. Des sculptures humaines éphémères, donnant à l’architecture urbaine une toute autre dimension.
Nestled on the slopes of the Fort d'Aubervilliers in its wooden theatre, the Théâtre Equestre Zingaro has been existing for more than 25 years. Indeed, Bartabas’ creations and his troupe have been travelling the world and telling their stories for a quarter of century.
From the first equestrian cabarets up to Battuta, not forgetting the wonderful Chimère, Zingaro shows combine equestrian theatre, dance, world music, poetry and many other disciplines: as many invitations to travel and vectors of universal emotions.
After having pounded the ground of his Théâtre Equestre Zingaro for more than a quarter of a century, Bartabas is now tackling the skies with his new show Don't they shoot angels - Elegies.
